How to reach our team
We’re open Mon–Fri, 8:00am–6:00pm. Messages sent outside these hours are answered the next working day.
Details that help us quote faster
- Which rooms you want to cool or heat, with rough sizes
- Photos of the wall where an indoor unit could go
- Where an outdoor unit might sit (rear wall, side passage, flat roof)
- Whether you own the property or need landlord or freeholder consent
Add these to the form above, or email photos to [email protected].
Is the survey really free?
Yes. The survey and written quote are free and there’s no obligation to go ahead.
Can you quote without visiting?
For straightforward single-room installations we can often give an indicative price from photos and measurements, then confirm it with a short visit.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours during the working week, usually much sooner.
Do you cover my area?
We cover all of Surrey plus neighbouring parts of south-west London, Sussex and west Kent. See areas we cover.
